    POINT-

    Crab mentality is one of the major causes why our country is not progressing.

    REASON-

    This is one of the attitudes of some Filipinos. We don’t want someone to succeed in life while we are
    not. We try to destroy someone in any way that we can. It doesn’t promote unity and humility among
    people. It can destroy and weakens the strength of a person, thus making it negative to anyone. We
    can’t be successful if we keep dragging everyone down once they come along the way. It will keep
    repeating and none of us will be successful.

    EXPLAIN-

    For example, one of your neighbors build a sari-sari store since no one is doing it yet. He builds it order
    to help the neighborhood and for profit. Later, his business succeeds making the small store into a
    bigger one. Out of envy, you decide to build a sari-sari store that is why his profit decreases into half
    because of you competing him. The desire of winning against him makes you do everything just to make
    sure you can make a lot of profit than him. This is a common scenario in our society right now. We keep
    on competing others rather than supporting them on their success. It is a toxic attitude that makes our
    country poor.

    POINT-

    For us to be successful we should not practice this kind of attitude. If someone is doing good, we must
    motivate and support him on what he is doing. We should keep doing tour own best so that we can be
    successful as he is. Crab mentality keeps us on the ground and not letting us to achieve more than what
    we want. Let us just be happy on the success of others. Let’s keep our self continue improving and
    consider everyone around us as someone that can help us not as competitors. By these, everyone will be
    successful and promote positivity within ourselves and the society.
