Dear Julie’s sister,

I am glad to hear that you would like to organize a surprise birthday party for
Julie’s 18th birthday. This party needs to be the best, it’s a very special number,
she becomes officially an adult from child.
To start with, I got the 3 options about the places where we can celebrate. Let’s
discuss it in order. The first is the paint studio where we can paint together,
and we can reach it by many public transports because it is in the city centre.
Food and drinks are served there but, in my opinion, this isn’t the best place to
celebrate.
At a theme party we could have an all night activity and it’s organised at the
local club. One disadvantage of this is that, after midnight at clubs and at pubs
there are many bad people and some of the invited people don’t like walking in
the street after midnight in the dark to get home.
The last option is the Aquatic centre. I can give many advantages for it. Firstly,
Julie’s birthday is in summer and in July it’s always hot. We can have an all-day
activity with indoor and outdoor pools and with slides. In the spa there’s a
restaurant where we can eat for lunch and after it they offered us that they
make Julie’s cake and then serve it.
The best flavour of the birthday would be the chocolate with some figures on
it. Because of the many guests the cake needs to be minimum 18 sliced. Don’t
worry, I will pay the whole budget of the party.
