    Maximum Reaction for sluice gate is for case 1; Fully closed gate. Reaction
    forces are transferred to the concrete through anchor bolt.
    Since forces on anchor bolts are less embedded depth will be critical and hence
    anchor bolt is checked for embedded depth. Provided embedded depth is 77.946mm
    therefore it is stable.
