2. Guarantee
2.1 Guarantee item
Subcontractor shall warrant workmanship and materials(pipe , fitting , etc.) they prepare.

2.2 Gurantee period

Subcontractor shall warrant above for a period of 1 year from the final acceptance date.
Atter one year from the final acceptance , the Inspection shall be carried out by LOW and owner.
The defect is found out in the inspection shall be fixed shortly by Subcontractor , if the defect is
caused by Subcontractor's mistake , misunderstanding.

2.3 Other Gurantee

In construction period , If Subcontractor damage or break our and other company's product (equipment ,
builing , floor , foundation ,manufacturing item , etc.) , Subcontractor has to pay compensation by themselves.
So before Subcontractor start to work , they should check and care where they will work.
If they need , they should prepare curing material to protect them and work carefully.

2.4 Exemption clause

Regarding damage and delay for schedule caused by below clause , generally LOW accept them
as exemption matter. But when the problem happen , first LOW and subcontractor shall have a
negotiation based on contracutual coverage.
1)Natural hazard (earthquake , volcanic explosion , flood caused by heavy rain , lightning strike , etc.)
2)War , civil war , insurgency

4. Special Note
Additional works and material purchase shall not be done "without" LOW SV approval and its signature.
4.1
LOW reject Subcontractor's additionl bill without LOW SV approval and its signature.
So Subcontractor have to get LOW SV approval and its signature before they start additional work.

4.2 A : Lamella, Belt press, dissolving units, gas flare Assembly at site
B : Stage structure of Screw press indluded assembly at site
C : Piping rack included assembly at site, Manufacturing at Low workshop

4.3 Prefabricated pipe is in Subcontractor scope. But only SGP/RL is supplied by LOW.

To purchase material , not described in Bqlist , and assembly work is in Subcontractor scope.
