II. Summary

The trend of giving birth using the blowing method is used in a repetitive pattern for breathing exercises. The study was
conducted in order to investigate the impact of the trend of giving birth using the blowing method on perineal rupture
events at TPMB Ika Fatmawati in 2022. To do this, researchers did an experimental that is a quasi-experimental design
with The Nonrandomized Control Group Pretest Posttest Design with a quantitative approach was utilized. To accomplish
this the sample included 30 people, with 15 people in the intervention group and 15 people in the control group. Results of
the study showed that there is an influence of the trend of blowing births with perineal rupture events at TPMB Ika
Fatmawati in 2022. As a result, it is suggested that midwives can carry out the trend of giving birth by blowing and
making the mother's mood calm so that it can reduce the incidence of perineal rupture. This is due to the advantages of the
steady, rhythmic breathing pattern during labor, which can cause the abdominal cavity to grow in size as a result of the
increased relaxation of the abdominal muscles caused by breathing exercises.

III. Nursing Implication

To Nursing Profession:

This journal has an impact to the nursing profession because as our knowledge expanded about the care of mother we can
adopt to new methods that can help birthing easy and have a safe labor. The journal can be applied to nursing profession
in that it helps nurses and student nurses understand the importance of utilizing breathing exercises during labor in order
to reduce the risk of perineal rupture. By understanding the impact of the trend of giving birth by blowing, nurses can
provide mothers with the necessary support and guidance during labor in order to help reduce the risk of perineal rupture.
Furthermore, us student nurses can benefit from the understanding of this journal by applying the knowledge gained from
our studies to our clinical practice. This can help us student nurses become more knowledgeable and effective
practitioners in the delivery room and OB ward.

To Nursing Education:

The journal also has an impact to nursing education where it can be used as a learning reference specially to us students
who goes on duty and may encounter mothers who will undergoes blowing method. This journal is relevant to nursing
education in that it provides evidence that the blowing method of giving birth can help reduce the incidence of perineal
rupture. This knowledge is important for us nurses and student nurses to have as it can help them to provide better patient
care. By being aware of and being able to utilize the blowing method, nurses can help to reduce the occurrence of perineal
rupture which can potentially help to improve patient outcomes. This knowledge can also help us nurses to provide more
informed advice and guidance to our patients, helping them to make informed decisions regarding their labor and delivery.
In the future, this knowledge can help u student nurses to provide more effective and safe care to our patients.

To Nursing Research:

This journal has an implication with regards on the nursing research because this research has still limitations that other
researches need to further elaborate which it makes this journal a RRL for them. The study provides important
implications for nursing research and the medical field in the future. By studying the impact of blowing births on perineal
rupture events, nurses and other healthcare providers can develop and implement interventions to reduce the risk of
perineal rupture. Additionally, this research can also help the development of clinical practice guidelines regarding the use
of blowing births and the care of the laboring woman. By understanding the impact of this trend on perineal rupture,
nurses and other healthcare providers can ensure that the laboring mother receives the best care and is at the lowest risk
for perineal rupture. Furthermore, this research can help to provide more specific information about the use of blowing
births and the impact on perineal rupture, which can help to inform future research and clinical practice.

IV. PERSONAL INSIGHT

As I finished this journal, I concluded that this is very informative and educative and I learned what is blowing method.
This journal teaches us the importance of breathing techniques during labor and the impact it can have on perineal rupture
events. As a student nurse, this journal can help me gain an understanding of the importance of using breathing techniques
to reduce perineal rupture events. This knowledge can be applied in clinical practice, where nurses can encourage
pregnant women to use the blowing technique during labor. In the future, this journal can help us to better educate and
advise pregnant women about the benefits of using breathing techniques during labor. Additionally, it could help us to
better identify and manage perineal rupture events.
