Topic Description:

TikTok Shop is a powerful network for short video creativity and they officially has over a
billion of active users monthly. This means that TikTok has a large number of active customer
base, which can be used to increase customer retention. First, I believe that TikTok Shop should
improve customer support. The good support system is a need to help sellers effectively
communicate with their customers and provide them with the right level of support. A support
system can help both pre- and post-sale by enabling a seller or a customer success rep, to clearly
communicate with the customer. According to data, customers consider quick, friendly, and
continuous customer service to be the gold standard, even though joy has its place. Both seller
and customer will benefit if sellers can assist customers avoid issues and make the most of your
products. Nowadays, There are many e-commerce websites but customer support system is
seemed to be a setback. If TikTok Shop has a attentive and approachable support system that
stands out for customer’s own benefits, TikTok Shop would be a reliable site for people to buy
and reduce the threat of losing customers to competitors.
