1 Check the site is cleaned properly & taken the prelevels?

2 Check the column footing size is marked with correct coordinates and
alignment as per drawing?

3 Check whether any obstruction / structure found @ excavation area?

4 Check the excavated as requred depth with work free & alignment as per the
drawing / specificaiton?

5 Check if water is present in excavation area , dewatering is done properly?

6 Check necessary shoring / timbering is provided in trench where if found

sand, loam and clay in excavation area?

7 Check if any rock is found in excavation area, the measurement should taken
and leftout the rock qty in excavation area?

8 Check the necessary safety measures taken as per IS code when hard rock
blasting ?

9 Check the excavated earth stockpiled separately for backfilling?

10 Check any materials kept @ excavated area?

11 Is taken the all necessary safety measure @ site for the work like safety signs
boards, barricading, PPE,etc.,??

12 Check joint measurement taken for the work?
