Respected sir,
I, V. Srinivas working in the Operations Department since 2008. I have been Re-Designated as
Senior Medical Social Worker from Sr. Ward secretary in 2018. I want to bring to your kind
notice that I have been serving enthusiastically since establishment of our hospital and the
entire hospital Medical Social Worker’s activities done by me along with multitasking. So kindly
look into this and I beg you to change my designation (with reference to the letter given by Unit
Head in 2018) and I have been revised my salary 8 years back, I request that my salary be
revised for this instance.
