This is a proposal for a Dwelling in


Hawaii Island, designed to be self-
sustained, green, passive structure.

Structure is designed to capture

The project proposal is focusing on


the revitalization strategies for the
road in Miami. Primary functional
aspects of the road network will be
changed and the optional transporta-
tion system will be introduced, that
would include:
1 - elevated express-train; to
connect the Miami Beach - Down-
town Miami with the West Miami
2 - local train - people mover; for
the West Miami suburbs. The main
idea is to develop a strong, efficient,
public transportation network that
will connect, west suburbs with the
Miami Downtown and the Miami
Beach. The proposal is
considering a drastic reduction of
the motor vehicle use in the city
and the entire metropolitan area.
Additional green strategies would
include parks, pathways, bike lines
and plazas for the purpose of
inhabiting highways and introducing
areas for the sport activities,
recreation, culture etc. Expressways
will become retrofitted, green
arteries.

THIS STRUCTURE BLENDS INTO ITS SURROUNDING IN SEVERAL WAYS. FIRST, IT BOROWS ARCHITECTURAL / STRUCTURAL NARATIVE FROM THE SURROUNDING BRIDGES, HIGHWAYS AND METROMOVERS. THIS
WAS PARTICULARLY DONE WITH THE INTENTION TO BLEND THE STRUCTURE WITH THE CITY SKYLINE IF OBSERVING IT
FROM THE PORT.

CITY SPOT. PROMENADE INCLUDES AN OPEN PLAZA ORIENTED TOWARDS THE BISCAYNE BAY, UNDER WHICH IS THE MARINA.
