Topik 3 : Manusia Indonesia Bagi Saya

1. Students critically observe the signs and symbols that exist in the school ecosystem and
the learning process regarding respect for and appreciation of diversity;
Indonesian human identity is shown by the diversity of ethnicity, race, religion and culture.
Humans have an identity in themselves that grows along with activities in social life.
Indonesian society is also directed to cultivate mutual cooperation, helping each other,
being friendly, polite, tolerant, and caring for each other in the existing diversity. By
exploring the noble values that people in the archipelago have lived, Soekarno made
Pancasila the identity of the Indonesian nation and at the same time Indonesian people.
Because the noble values of Indonesian human identity originate from culture which forms
the basis and can be interpreted as the identity or identity of a nation which must be
developed through national education in order to create a young generation with good
character and manners.
Based on the results of observations made at SMA N 6 Semarang, there is an application
to diversity. Where the residents of SMA N 6 Semarang, both teachers and students, have
differences in ethnicity and religion. This results in differences in characteristics and
perspectives based on interactions with the socio-cultural environment of SMA N 6
Semarang students. Based on observations at SMA N 6 Semarang there has been an
appreciation and appreciation of diversity. This can be seen from the signs and symbols of
diversity as follows:
1. In every class there is always a photo of the president and also a picture of Pancasila.
2. Ceremonial activities which are always held every Monday and also ceremonies
celebrating big days
2. Students write critically about how the appreciation of Pancasila values in schools
strengthens Indonesian human identity.
From the results of PPL 1 activities, I have carried out observations and teaching assistance
at SMA N 6 Semarang, the identity of Indonesian people in schools can be seen from the
diversity of culture, language, religion, ethnicity, ethnicity, and diverse local wisdom. The
implementation of Pancasila as the identity of the Indonesian nation can be seen from the

Reflection:
When I become an educator later, I will implant Pancasila values in students as part of
embodiment of the Pancasila student profile. As for my principles in educating students, I am
interested in implementing Mr. Ki Hadjar Dewantara's statement, namely Among and Pamong.
Among: Placing students as the main target and the main priority to be 'served'. Pamong:
Emphasizes the task of the teacher to provide facilities, motivation, inspiration and conditions
for students to learn according to their wishes and their ability to learn individually or student
learning independence. I will also emulate the figure of Ki Hajar Dewantara in implementing
education in the classroom, I will be a motivator for students to support a good future for them
and never scold students but we as teachers must be able to be friends and motivate students to
have a strong interest in learning. Good. I will also give freedom to students to do something
in a way and seek knowledge freely and the teacher as an educator is enough to provide
guidance and direction in accordance with the nature of the students. With Pancasila character
education, I hope that my students will become human beings who are useful for this nation
while still having the Pancasila character attached to them.
