CONTRACT OF SERVICES

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

THIS CONTRACT OF SERVICES, entered into by and between CAMBUHAT

ENTERRISE DEVELOPMENT AND FISHERIES ASSOCIATION OR MARDONIO
APARECE, Filipino of legal age, married with postal address at Cambuhat, Buenavista, Bohol
herein referred to as the First Party and DENR represented by ARIEL N. RICA, Filipino of
legal age, married with postal address at PENRO Upper De La Paz, Cortes, Bohol hereinafter
referred to as the Second Party.

WITNESSETH

That the First Party render catering services on the PAMB Meeting of Inabanga-
Buenavista Mangrove Swamp Forest Reserve and Wilderness Area held on March 2, 2023 at
Cambuhat, Buenavista, Bohol in accordance with the condition described as follows:

One (1) Meal and AM Snacks @ P300.00x 25……………………..……P 7, 500.00

TOTAL COST…………………………………………………………………….P 7, 500.00

That in the consideration of the foregoing services, the Second Party shall pay the First Party the
total amount of SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY.
