AFFIDAVIT

We, Mr. DHARAMVIR PRASAD an Indian, aged about 53 ,

occpution Service, and Mrs. BABITA KUMARI PRASAD an
Indian, aged 46 about , occpution Housewife, both Residing Jethuli
Post Kachidargah Jethuli Patna Fatwa Bihar 803201, do hereby on
solemn affirmation swear and state as under.
 That I/ we had purchased flat 102, E wing, GURURAJ
COMPLEX CO-OPERATIVE HOUSING SOCITEY which is duly
registered at Ulhasnagar 2 at serial no 0515/2022.

That I/ We say that the Agreement for Sale along with Receipt
(Pavti), Share Certificate and other documents which was lost and/or
misplaced, while in my possession and could not be retrieved in spite
of the diligent efforts made by me and my family.

That I/ We say that we have reported the loss of the said

Agreement for Sale along with Receipt (Pavti), Share Certificate and
other documents to Badlapur Police Station on 01/07/2022 Situated
Shirgaon, Aptewadi, Badlapur vide Lost property Registration
Number 0515/2022

That I/ We say that we have sold the aforesaid flat in favour

Mangilal Chaudhary.

That I/ We say that in view of the above facts and

circumstances, Purchaser desire to obtain a Loan from Bank for which
Agreement for Sale along with Receipt (Pavti), Share Certificate and
other documents are required as the original documents hence the
Duplicate copy is required for the purpose of Bank Loan.

That I/ While shifting from Badlapur to Ambernath as we have

misplaced the bag of original Agreement for Sale along with Receipt
(Pavti), Share Certificate and other documents Hence, I have made an
application in the regard to the ‘said flat’

That I/ We say that whatever is stated herein above is true and

correct and I believe the same to be true to the best of my knowledge,
information and belief,
