I’am writing in hope that you will accept my demand.

As you known me, I’am a member of the Institute of Chartered accountants in England and Wales
since 2019. Being passionate about accountancy made me talk about it every time the opportunity
presents itself. So, my friend « Selena » was very impressed about it.

Therefore, she wants to use our Library and have access to material one the ICAEW website.

So my purpose is that you give her the opportunity to use it.

First of all, Selena is a girl who is twenty-three years old, she is studying accountancy, audit in
Cambridge university. I’ve talked to her many times to convince her to take the test « Certified Public
Accountant ».a

Also, I know her since we were children, our family are friends and we go on vacation together every
year, she is very quiet, intelligent, respectful and well educated.

Moreover, she was promotion major for two consecutive years and she got the best student award.

So, the reason why the non-member requires access is that she will take the test of CPA in three
months, and in the library there are many books that can help her with the revision, to improve her
skills and knowledge.

Finally, I hereby to undertake to indemnify the library against any loss or damage resulting from her
use of the library facilities under my sponsorship.
