Profile

I am an outgoing, friendly, children-loving professional practitioner. I have completed 3

years of studying Early Years at college. Before that, I did a course in Health and Social
Care Level 2. I have worked in the childcare industry for a few years, however, I am
now married, and in a stable family environment. It is my ambition to own my own
business one day with my husband. We would like to live on and work on a farm
alongside our children. I would also like to work part-time in retail, as I enjoy working
with and interacting with customers and other employees.

Work Experience

I have done Work Experience in Yates Court for a year from October 2017 till May of
2018 as part of my Health and Social Care Level 2 in college. I worked at an old age
care home, and my role was to help out when they needed me. For example, I spoke to
the residents, and was involved with the activities that they did. I have also done my
work experience at Leaps and Bounds since November 2018 till May 2021 I am now
employed by them. I’ve worked with children between the ages of 2-4 years old, and my
role has been to plan out activities and carry them out. I’ve also interacted with them
and gotten involved with their play. I’ve also done observations on the children to see
where they are at with their development. I left Leaps and Bounds, and started working
for Busy Bees in September of 2021 and finished in January of 2023. In February of
2023, I volunteered at Caring Hands until March of 2023 which involved giving people
free food and drink and working in the food bank and talking to other volunteers and
interacting with those who came for a meal and a sit down. In April of 2023, I got
married, and moved to Southampton with my husband, and volunteered in a Charity
Shop which involved serving customers and helping out with different tasks that were
set out for me.
