A market research is conducted by the ABM group 1 Rose to prove how feasible

their proposed product of Bap Cup (Fried rice w/ toppings). Are profitable and

acceptable in the market. We have gathered 123 respondents, 63 (51.2%) are males

and 60 (48.8%) are females. The age ranges of the respondents are from 12-17 years

old that answered 33 (26.9%) 18-21 years old have 21 (17.1%), 22-30 years old have

24 (19.5%) lastly 31 years old and above have 45 (36.6%) respondents out the whole

data. The respondents are composed of 41 students, 41 government employees, and

41 non-government employee respondents.

For students allowance (daily) among the 41 students 50-100 have the highest

percentage of 31(55.4%) answered, followed by 10-50 with, an average of 13 (23.2%),

150-250 with an average of 5(8.9%) 300-500 with an average of 2 (3.6%), and 500

above with an average of 2 (3.6%).

For government employees income (daily) among the 41 government employees

500 above have the highest percentage of 20 ( 46.5%) answered, followed by 200-300

with an average of 9 (20.9%) 300-400 with an average of 8( 18.6%), and 100-200 have

the lowest percentage of 6 (14%).

For non-government employers income (daily) among the 41 non-government

employees 200-300 have the highest percentage of 17 (34%) answered followed by

300-400 with an average of 15 (30%), 100-200 and 500 above have the same

percentage of 9 (18%).

Out of 123 respondents 73 (59.4%) answered fried rice with toppings, 33 (26.8%)
answers plain rice with dish, 11 (8.9%) answered biscuits and 6 (4.9%) answered
ramen.

Out of 123 respondents 54 (43.9%) answered egg as the toppings followed by
hotdog with a percentage of 30 (24.4%), longganisa with a percentage of 25 (20.3%),
ham with a percentage of 21 (17.1%), lumpia with a percentage of 16 (13%), siomai
with a percentage of 13 (10.6%) and chorizo with a percentage of 9 (7.3%).

Out of 123 respondents 83 (67.4%) answered good taste a their reason for
purchasing the product, while 27 (22%) answered favourite and 13 (10.6%) answered
cravings as their reasons.

123 (100%) of the respondents answered Yes.

A market research to business enterprise in Bais City proposing the same product of
fried rice is evaluated and surveyed. There are 11 respondents that answered the
questions made. The highest age who participated are from 31 above (63.6%) followed
by 22-30 (27.3%) and the least age that voluntarily asked if from 18-21 (9.1%). The
gender of the respondents are composed of 9 (81.8%) females and 2 (18.2%) males.

Out of 9 respondents who experienced loss 7 (77.8%) answered 500 to 1,000 as
their estimated loss and 2 (22.2%) answered 1,000 to 3,000.

The recommendations based on the findings are the following:

1. Bap Cup (fried rice with toppings) is a marketable product to be proposed.

2. The 3 best toppings for fried rice are eggs, hotdogs and longganisa.

3. The best price for fried rice with toppings to be sold to perspective customers is 25

pesos to be able to have more customers and that price is enough for the customers to

pay.

4. The flavour of the fried rice to be produced for the perspective customers is the

original flavour of the fried rice.


Conclusion

Based on the findings that we gathered about our proposed product, there are

many people who want to eat fried rice with the 3 best toppings that are suited for our

fried rice, which are egg, hotdogs, and longganisa. In order to have more perspective

customers, the suited price for our fried rice is 25 pesos, and product must be in its

original flavour because there are more potential customers who want the original

flavour of the fried rice. Therefore, we decided to continue this product since there are

many respondents who want it.
