HEALTHY BENEFITS OF EGG AND HAM

Introduction

The researchers decide to undertake a ham and egg experiment with this

subject. Hors d'oeuvres (appetizers) include dishes like ham and eggs, which are

typically little morsels served on crackers, puff pastry, or bread. In essence,

canapés are a particular type of appetizer or hors d'oeuvre. A leg cut of pork that

has been kept through wet or dry curing, with or without smoking, is referred to

as ham. The term "ham" refers to both intact cuts of meat and meat that has

been mechanically for manufactured as processed meat. Additionally, an

ingredient as well as the main dish baked goods is an egg, a food product made

from fowl. The liquid white and one yolk (or occasionally two) are enclosed in a

hard calcium carbonate shell in an egg.

The fundamental ingredients of ham and eggs are prepared in a variety of

ways in this dish. It is regarded as a main component of "an old-fashioned

American breakfast." The meal is additionally offered for lunch and dinner.

Several well-known individuals, like Duncan Hines and Puyi, have declared a

fondness for the meal.


The term "ham," which precisely refers to a portion of flesh from a hog's

rear legs, comes from the Old English ham. China is credited with creating the

first cure for pig legs. According to food historians, humans have been eating

eggs for about 6 million years, initially eating them raw from the nests of wild

birds. The Romans, who probably learned about the practice while trading with

the Chinese, are credited with spreading ham's popularity throughout ancient

Europe. It is believed that the first civilizations to domesticate hens were Ancient

Egypt and Ancient China. Jungle birds were domesticated for egg production in

India.

Eggs and ham are very healthy for us. Eggs have 143 calories per 100

grams while ham has 263 calories, or an increase of 84% in calories. The ham

and egg were chosen by the researchers for this study because they both have

various health benefits for our bodies. Additionally, egg and ham are delectable

and well-liked by both young people and older people.

Hypothesis

1.1. It is rough.

1.2. The taste would be sour.

1.3. The color is pale.

2.1. The benefits you will get in egg and ham is boosted your appetite for the

other food courses and it’s high in calories and protein. It’s healthy in our

body because both of them have a vitamin.

Significance of the Study

The finding of the study helps everyone to know what the benefits of egg

and ham on their health.

Scope of Delimitations of Study

This study focuses on correlational analysis regarding ham and egg.

Conducted by 50 Senior High School Students at Calamba Bayside Integrated

School during the first term of school year. The main purpose of this study is to
know the response of every student of G11 and G12 if the product is taste better

in their appetite.

Definition of Terms

Ham is pork from a leg cut that has been preserved by wet or dry curing,

with or without smoking.

Egg a food product produced from poultry that is used as both an

ingredient and a main dish for baked foods.

Curing is any of various food preservation and flavoring process of foods

such as meat, fish, and vegetables, by the addition of salt, with the aim of

drawing moisture out of the food by the processed of osmosis.

Calories are the amount of energy release when your body breaks down

(digests and absorbs) food. The more calories a food has, the more energy it can

provide to your body.

Calcium carbonate is a dietary supplement used when the amount of

calcium taken in the diet is not enough.
