I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Yum Me Veggie Waffles is the name of my business. The owner planned to start his business
with his brother was on March 2, 2022. The name of the owner of this business is Jomarie Paule living in
Phase 1 Block 9 Lot 13 at San Jose del Monte Heights, Bulacan.

He studied on Japan Philippine Institute of Technology( Muzon Branch). After he undergo to some
trainings he thought why he should try to invest money business. He invested 10,000 peso for this, his
brother’s name was Shewin Paule who discovered a Veggie Waffles with a twist. Both of them tried a lot to
make Yummy Veggie Waffles so scrumptious and unique among all waffles.

The owner considered a location of his business; he used their garage at the market and recycles it
into a waffle store. As an owner he wants to make his costumers happy and satisfied by the taste of Veggie
Waffles. The name of Yum Me Veggie Waffles was came from his brother. The tagline of the owner’s
business is “Love at first bite” because when you bite, you will love it.

II. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:

Our mission and vision is to give a twist to the taste of waffles and provide a yummy budget-friendly
appetizers and desserts to all people. Because waffles are popular here in the Philippines, this can be a
snack, dessert, appetizer, breakfast and especially "Meryienda."

This is the best waffle that everyone can buy, and the main ingredients of our waffle are vegetables, which
children will love when they bite into it.

III. PROJECT BACKGROUND AND HISTORY:

Our business is inspired by our elder brother, who made his own recipe. His favorite dessert and
breakfast were waffles, and he decided to put a twist on his waffle. He used carrots and potatoes as his
main ingredients. For us to not notice the vegetable, he put chocolate syrup on it. As a result of his
experiment, we did taste his veggie waffle. We loved it, and I told him why we should try it on a business.

Yum Me Veggie Waffles is the business name. My brother always says that he is yummy, so as a creative
person, I thought why not try to use yummy but YUM-it means good taste and ME-it points out that you are yummy.
So, "Yum Me Veggie Waffles" because vegetables are yummy and while children are eating our waffles, they don’t
notice the vegetables. We are planning to locate our business near in our house at “Talipapa” or market at San Jose
del Monte Bulacan “Phase 1” . There are a lot of children and people there.
IV. MARKETING PLAN

A. Product and Services

YUM ME CARROT VEGGIE WAFFLE

The main ingredient of this veggie waffle is carrot, which has vitamin A and helps keep blood sugar levels
under control. When you bite it, you will not notice the carrot, but instead the scrumptious side of it.
 YUM ME POTATO VEGGIE WAFFLE

When you taste our veggie potato waffle, you will forget your name because it is different to other waffles. It
contains potato, which is good for your health and balances the taste of the waffle.

Both these waffles have benefits for our bodies. It is not just about the taste of a normal waffle; this waffle is
different to other waffles because it helps us reduce sugar and be healthier. "Yum Me Veggie Waffles"
were more affordable and budget-friendly; children would become more interested in vegetables.

B. Costumers

These two waffles are for all, not just for children, but for adults and the elderly. It is nutritious and cheaper
than other waffles. Our customers will love it because it is a unique and budget-friendly business.

C. S.W.O.T

Our Strength is the uniqueness of our waffle to other and it can be more saleable to people. The taste of it
is different to the taste of the bread that we can buy on bakeries.

Our Weaknesses are the bakeries near in our place and the season and price of the vegetables.

Our Opportunities are the location because it is crowded by many people. It has a high probability to buy.

The Threats or potential danger are the virus (Covid-19) that still spread in our country. It can delay the
stocks that needed in our business.

V. MARKET ANALYSIS

COSTUMER- All people around phase 1 including the kids and elders, especially to those who are
interested to taste our “veggie waffles”

COMPETITION- some bakeries around phase 1 at San Jose del Monte Bulacan

STRENGTH- Our veggie waffle is different to other waffles and it has a twist that people should try and
taste.

DIFFERENT TO OTHER PRODUCT- Our veggie waffles has its own flavors which kids and adult will love.

VIII. MANUFACTURING PLAN

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 of potatoes and carrots

4 teaspoons baking powder

2 tablespoons white sugar

2 eggs

1 ½ cups warm milk

⅓ cup butter, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla extract and salt

Procedures:

 Step 1

In a large bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking powder and sugar; set aside. Preheat waffle iron to
desired temperature.

 Step 2

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Stir in the milk, butter, vanilla, minced carrots and potatoes.
Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture; beat until blended.

 Step 3
Ladle the batter into a preheated waffle iron. Cook the waffles until golden and crisp. Serve
immediately.
