Inside the box there will be verbs in their base form.
Students will pass a ball to each other, when the
teacher says "stop", the student who has the ball will
choose a piece of paper from the box, read it and say
the past simple form of that verb.

STUDENTS: Guess the meaning
Link of the activity:

Students will be assessed as follows:
The teacher will incorrectly say sentences from the
song "someone like you". The student will have to
say what the error in the sentence is and why.

The teacher will say a sentence from the song in the


present simple, the student will have to change it to
past simple.
