Pre-listening:
-One of the students will bring the box from outside.
-Say's welcome to Ms. Liz.
-Put the preposition song
-Show the PowerPoint slide explain each preposition with a picture.
Time:15 min
During-listening:
-Activity one listing whole class.
All student will have a worksheet and colors on their table; the teacher will give instruction to color
each picture with the preposition. It is for the whole class to prepare for group activity; I chose to
do this activity before they go to the groups to prepare them self.
Post-listening:
-Activity two divide them into three groups.
Guided Experience (group working with the teacher)
Teacher will divide them into 3 groups first group: information gap and they will have a pencil to
complete the sentences. Second groups: Find the correct picture and preparation and put it in one
envelop it will be for 7 students. The last activity the Find someone who has the same card for the
weak student they can just go around the group and find someone has the same picture. The materials
will be on the tale and the teacher will give instruction than but the countdown time to do it. And the
teacher goes around the class and help them if they need.
Information gap:
Speaking activity / Higher level learner:
This activity will do it in pairs student A and B, and they should complete the sentence with the
missing preposition. I chose to do this activity for the higher-level learner because they can read and

Speaking activity / Medium level learner:
The student will find the picture with the correct preposition and put it in the same envelope/each
student will have one envelope. I make it for the medium level learners which they are 7 in the class,
and its to find someone has the preposition and the picture it's like guessing game according to Gail
Ellis.
