PROMISSORY NOTE

I, NADINE LUSTROUS, of legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident

of Barangay Daro, Dumaguete City, Philippines

- and -

I, GEMS RED, of legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident of

Barangay Daro, Dumaguete City, Philippines

for valuable consideration received, jointly and severally promise to

pay Chandler Bing or order the amount of TWO MILLION PESOS (PHP
2,000,000.00) PHILIPPINE CURRENCY, payable in one (1) year or
twelve (12) months term, on or before November 30, 2020, with 10% annual
interest based on the principal amount or TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND
PESOS (PHP 200,000.00) PHILIPPINE CURRENCY per year.

Issued by way of security for the payment of the Note is Bank of the
Philippine Islands Check No. XXX, dated November 30, 2020, in the
amount of TWO MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS
(PHP 2,200,000.00) PHILIPPINE CURRENCY.

In case of my failure to pay when due and payable, any amount which
I am obligated to pay under this Note, the entire amount outstanding under
this Note shall immediately become due and payable without need of further
demand.
