    DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT in 2008 urgently requires to submit the following
    document to Stratford International School, General Santos City:

    1. Certificate of Transfer Credentials


    2. Certificate of Good Moral
    3. TOR Evaluation

    Since I am not in USM, Kabacan to collect the documents myself, I am authorizing AIZA
    SOFIA G. OMBID to process and collect the copies on my behalf.
