Atrovent disease.
Runny nose.
Azithromycin Inflammation of the middle ear.

OMEPRAZOLE is contraindicated
PPI in patients with a history of
hypersensitivity to the drug or
any excipients from the dosage
form
Anticoagulant CLEXANE should be used with
caution in patients with the
following conditions: hepatic
insufficiency, a bleeding
diathesis, uncontrolled arterial
hypertension, a history of
gastrointestinal ulceration .
PERFALGAN is contraindicated.
Analgesic
in cases of severe
hepatocellular insufficiency.
Antibiotic Before taking dexamethasone,
tell your doctor if you have or
have ever had liver, kidney,
intestinal, or heart disease
NSAIDs ASPIRIN is contraindicated in
patients with salicylate
hypersensitivity or NSAID
hypersensitivity also syndrome
of asthma, rhinitis, and nasal
polyps .
NSAIDs You shouldn't take IBUPROFEN
( non-selective if you: have a history of a
COX inhibitor ). strong, unpleasant reaction
(hypersensitivity) to aspirin or
other NSAIDs.
Antibiotic MEROPENEM contraindicated if
have decreased blood platelets
, seizures , chronic kidney
disease , lesion of the brain .
ATROVENT Inhalation Aerosol
Bronchodilator
is also contraindicated in
patients who are
hypersensitive to atropine or
its derivatives.
Antibiotic AZITHROMYCIN is
contraindicated in patients
with a history of severe
hypersensitivity
Antibiotic AMPICILLIN is
contraindicated if Dialysis,
renal disease, renal failure,
renal impairment has been
found

Bleeding gums, difficulty
with breathing , increased
menstrual flow or vaginal
bleeding, nosebleeds , red
or black, tarry stools, red or
dark brown urine and
coughing up blood .
Bloody or black, tarry stools,
bloody or cloudy urine,
fever, with or without chills ,
sore throat , sudden
decrease in the amount of
urine, unusual bleeding and
yellow eyes or skin
Aggression, agitation,
anxiety, blurred vision,
decrease in the amount of
urine, dizziness, weight gain
and eye tearing
Abdominal or stomach
pain, cramping, or
burning, black, tarry
stools, bloody or cloudy
urine, change in
consciousness, chest pain
or discomfort, confusion,
constipation.
Abdominal pain ,acid or

full feeling, heartburn and
itching skin.
Bluish lips or skin, chills,
cold, clammy skin,
confusion, difficult or
painful urination, difficulty
with breathing, dilated neck
veins, extreme tiredness or
weakness and fever with or
without chills
Bladder pain, bloody or
cloudy urine, cough
producing mucus, difficult,
burning, or painful
urination, difficulty with
breathing, urgenc.
Stomach cramps or pain,
joint pain, swelling of the
face, mouth, neck, hands,
and feet,fever and skin rash
nausea, vomiting, severe
stomach pain, diarrhea that
is watery or bloody, pale
skin, cold hands and feet,
swollen, black, or "hairy"
tongue and vaginal itching.

Omeprazole Patients taking clopidogrel
(Plavix) should avoid taking
esomeprazole (Nexium)
because it will reduce
clopidogrel’s effectiveness by
half

Clexane Monitor platelet count

closely. Withhold drug and
notify physician if platelet
count less than 100,000/mm3

Perfalgan Small amounts may pass into

breast milk. However, there
are no known harmful effects
when used by breastfeeding
mothers.

Dexamethasone Test for glycosuria daily. If

urine is positive for sugar,
check each urine.

Aspirin Assess patient for signs of

bleeding

Ipubrofen Administer drug with food or

after meals

Meropenem Observe intravenous site

closely for extravasation

Atrovent Monitor respiratory status

Azithromycin Observe for signs and symptoms

of anaphylaxis (rash, pruritus,
laryngeal edema, wheezing)

Ampicillin Administer oral drug on an

empty stomach
