PUBLIC NOTICE
INVITATION FOR PUBLIC PARTICIPATION AND SUBMISSION
OF MEMORANDA ON 2023/24 BUDGET ESTIMATES

Pursuant to Article 232(d) of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 and Section 125(2) of the Public Finance
Management Act 2012, the County Government of Isiolo invites interested Stakeholders, Members of
the General Public, Civil Society Organizations, Faith and Community Based Organizations, Public
and Private Sector Organizations and other Special Interest Groups to attend consultations on the
development needs to be prioritized in the Programme Based Budget Estimates 2023/24 as per the
schedule set out below: (Time for all sessions is from 9:00am to 1:00pm).

To facilitate effective consideration, Stakeholders can also present written submissions and
memoranda to Ward Administrators offices or forward soft copies to
countyplanningoffice@isiolo.go.ke

The written submissions should be received not later than 12th May, 2023.
