Greetings!

We, the Student council officers of the Junior High school Department would like to conduct a
Quiz bee with a theme “Learn, Compete, and Have fun: test the Boundaries of your capabilities” for
the Junior high school students of St. Peter Paul academy of Vizal Incorporated, wherein there will be
competition that will enhance the student’s talents and potential. The competitions are the following:
Bible Quiz bee, English and Filipino Quiz bee, Science and Math Quiz Bee, and Spelling bee. This
activity is intended to enhance student’s academic skills, as well as their capability in making
decisions and solving problems. It will also help the administration to find and hone new young
academic excellent students. This activity will also provide fun and effective learning environment to
every students. The said event will be pursue on the month of January, 2022. In line with this, we
respectfully request from your good office to grant us the approval to conduct the said activity.

We are fervently hoping for your favorable response on this important matter. Thank you very
