2. What is the main difference of the two modes (Legacy and Donation) of executing
organ donation? You may provide key points for differentiation to simplify your

- These two modes of executing organ donation can be confusing if not properly
understood. In legacy, the testator can make a will of testament, card or any
document with his or her signature while in donation, there is an absence of the
mentioned documents as the donor, the immediate family of decedent, can decide.
There is also a difference with the person who can execute the legacy or donation.
Legacy requires any individual who is at least 18 years of age and of sound mind
while donation has a hierarchy of prioritization of whose decision should be
followed. Moreover, in legacy there can be a specific legatee whereas in donation,
it could not have or could have a specific donee.
