    1. A safety inspection found two major offenses by workers using a gondola at a construction site. They had loaded the gondola with 250kg of paint and two painters, exceeding its 300kg maximum load. 2.     RE Procedure Usage of Gondola (Working at Height) (Suspended Working Platform)

    Regarding above matter, there are 2 major offenses (refer to the attachment) from your workers:
    1. 10 buckets of paint (full/new) load inside gondola with 2 painters at same time while painting
    work in progress (level7)
    25kg/bucket
    Total 10 Buckets=250kg (not include manpower and others equipment)
    Gondola maximum load/ not exceed than 300kg which is include manpower and equipment.
    2. Not using PPE while working using gondola
    a) Safety Helmet
    b) Safety shoe
    c) Safety Belt/Harness
    d) Rope Grab (Fall resistance) (already provide by COSMOPOLITAN MARVEL)
    Kindly please take note and action for these 2 matters, working at height with suspended load is high
    risk work and probability falling from height also can be happen. Our safety team already briefs your
    workers and advise them to follow safe work procedure while using gondola. Thank You.
