while I was watching General Luna's story, I couldn't stop my feelings from

feeling pain and disappointed because I thought of what he said that stuck in my

heart that "Our biggest enemy is ourselves"

which means to me that "each one of us has a hidden greed and only self-

interest is always in mind, without caring about the righteousness of others. The

reason why the oppressed are cannot be given justice

General Luna is very brave and loyal to his duty, he does not fear even those

who are still sitting in the position just to protect the motherland. He died with

honor and love for the people but if we compare it to the present, is there

anything similar to General Luna?

For the new generation, it is unclear that there is anything similar to General

Luna in his management because of his very good leader. And now corruption

has spread in the country because of personal preference. He only thought that

instead of enriching the country, he pocketed the wealth of the Philippines How

is our motherland without someone like General Luna who is willing to sacrifice

his life for the sake of principle and dignity?

if we think about it, many of our heroes gave their lives early because of loving

the country and fellow human beings because they thought THEY would wake

up to the truth and they would leave but unfortunately their lives were

wasted.that's why there is no twin and no one can replace our heroes who were

brave and courageous to serve the people. It's not like now that instead of
making the band rich, it's their own pockets that make them rich, especially those

who are already in their position.

if we think about it, maybe we are the ones who become foreigners in our own

country because there are many foreigners who import their products so that we

can enjoy them and get closer to them..

it's very sad to think that they say that the Philippines is free but the truth is that it

is not really free. because our eyes and minds have been covered by foreign

decorations and money. the reason why we no longer know how to feel about

things that we shouldn't do. .

so when the story ends and I wake up my mind again, I hope there is someone

like General Luna who is ready to fight for justice and love for the people and

country.
