At the end of the lesson, the students will be able to:

a. Distinguish the difference between angle of elevation and angle of depression


b. Identify the angle of elevation and depression and
c. Appreciate the angle of elevation and angle of depression in real-life situations

elevation?

How about depression? (The students will raise their hands and answer the

Angle of elevation is an acute angle formed
between the horizontal line of sight of the
observer’s line of sight when viewing the object
above horizontal line of sight
Line of sight is an imaginary line that connects the
eye of an observer to the object being observed
