CREATE WZA FILE WITH OQTON

1. Connect with
https://sisma.eu2.oqton.ai
using Google Chrome

2. Open Oqton and “Create Orders”:

3. Select:
Customer name,
Material,
Route template (it include all the parameters to be used for part position and rotation, support
strategy and laser parameters).

At the bottom of the page select “Upload File(s)”, to import all the STL parts.

4. Wait for part loading, for each part it is possible to select:

Number of copies,
Material,
Route templates,

then click: “Create”

5. Oqton will now proceed for:

- Part sorting (crown, bridges, partial, etc….)
- Part rotation
- Create support strategy
- This process could take some minutes based on how many parts you loaded

The process will be completed when all parts will have “Awaiting Review” status.

6. Select “Edit Route Models” on the top right of the page to proceed. Now you can view all the
process performed and, in case modify some option like:
- Part rotation
- Support strategy
- Route template
If no modification is needed you must approve the parts on the top left of the page, to validate all
the parts together you can select:” Approve all, create parts and nest all”.

7. Confirm your selection by clicking on:”Approve and Create parts”. From this point, you can no
longer modify your parts

8. After the nesting procedure you can Edit it or click on “Approve” to confirm it and exitUscire dal Route
Model Editor facendo click su “Close” in alto a destra. Si ritorna nella schermata Orders, e si può
notare che tutti i file sono passati a Pending.

9. Select approve and go to production to create the WZA file

10. The wza file can now be downloaded clicking on the order name in the middle of the page
