EIGHT SEMESTER 2023-0 BUSINESS NEGOTIATION
• A Business Negotiation is a process between
two or more parties (each with its own aims, needs, and viewpoints) seeking to discover a common ground and reach an Agreement to settle a matter of mutual concern, resolve a conflict and exchange value. How do you find the discount of a discounted price? To calculate the percentage discount between two prices, follow these steps: • Subtract the post-discount price from the pre-discount price. • Divide this new number by the pre-discount price. • Multiply the resultant number by 100. • Be proud of your mathematical abilities. A delivery method is a standardized procedure for transferring the product or service to the destination of fulfillment chosen by the customer . Delivery methods are characterized by the means of transportation used, and by the organization or group that is the contracting party for the sending organization or person. When we say an item has been 'shipped', we typically mean that the item has left the warehouse of the supplier. On the other hand, when we talk about delivery, we refer to the date when the package will arrive at the doorstep of the end customer. A distributor is an intermediary entity between a the producer of a product and another entity in the distribution channel or supply chain , such as a retailer, a value- added reseller (VAR) or a system integrator (SI).
