What is availability of a person?

The definition of availability is whether someone or something can be


accessed or used.

Example

When a classmate can meet to discuss a project on a certain date.

What does it mean to suit someone?


to suit (somebody): to accommodate, to fit, to be acceptable or convenient to
(somebody) verb. Not to be confused with a suit (clothes)
Examples

the apartment has two bedrooms—if it suits, you can have one of them

What does it mean to be okay?


"OK with you" means you find it good, or you don't have a problem with it. "OK to
you" means something more like "behaving acceptably towards you"

If you say that something is okay, you find it satisfactory or
