1.Please provide the details of Old village map and revenue ap of Kulsumpura Village
prior to 1985.
2.Please provide New Village map and revenue map of Kulsumpura village.
3. Please provide the details of Old village map and revenue map of Tallagadda
Village prior to 1985.
4.Please provide New Village map and revenue map of Tallagadda village.
5.Please provide the mandal map and revenue map of Asifnagar mandal old and
new.

If the information is not available in your office, Kindly forward to the

Concerned Public Authority as per section 6(3) of the RTI Act-2005

I am the citizen of India & address is given below. Requisite RTI Application
fee for Rs.10/- is being remitted by court fee Stamp. Further I am ready to pay any
excess fee as and when required for the supply of information.
