    In regards to the subject cited mater, it is learnt that most of the Approved Key Personnel deputed
    in ANS3/1 package are leaving the site without any information to the undersigned. Work is getting
    hampered. At this stage, when closed monitoring is urgently required in finishing as well as other
    landscaping works, no approved key personnel is available at Site/Office. It is advised to inform the
    undersigned very well in advance with suitable replacement if anyone leaving the site/Office.

    You are requested to kindly take action at the earliest.
