Subject: Permission for movement of CONCOR’s container rake ex. CHD to CMCN

Respected Sir,

In reference to above subject, kindly note that CONCOR is moving container rakes ex. CHD (CRT-Chandia
Road/BSP/S.E.R) to various streams with commodity ‘wall care putty’. Please note that a BLC rake is planned
for movement ex. CHD to CMCN (CONCOR siding at Nagalapalle) scheduled for today but S.C.R. has imposed
route restrictions for CMCN on 30th Aug & 31St Aug’23.

As a result of these imposed route restrictions, CONCOR is regrettably hindered from executing the scheduled
rake movement to CMCN, thereby preventing us from attaining our monthly loading targets originating from
CHD. Given the critical nature of this situation, it's imperative to emphasize that the movement of this specific
rake holds immense significance, aligning with the explicit request put forth by our valued customer, M/s
Ultra-tech Cement Ltd.

We kindly request your favorable consideration for the exceptional movement of just one container rake
originating from CHD to CMCN, with the targeted date of 31st August '23. This concession would undoubtedly
enable us to alleviate the operational challenges posed by the current route restrictions and uphold our
commitment to our valued customer.

Your understanding and swift intervention in this matter would be immensely appreciated.
