Standard Terms and Conditions of Quotation
1. Payment will be 100% Advance against PO.
2. Freight will be extra as per actual
3. The amount indicated in the Quotation is exclusive of GST at the percentage specified
under IGST/CGST/SGST/UGST as applicable.
4. Material dispatch lead time is two weeks after Purchase order and clear sales order.
5. This Quotation is valid 30 days from today.
6. The quantity to be supplied specified MOQ of 100 sq mtrs.
7. Freight will be extra from our Noida Factory. The company is not responsible for any
dead freight, detention charges, demurrage charges customer’s vehicle or To-pay.
8. Generally, the delivery of material will be made for dispatch on Ex-road basis.
9. Any disputes with regard to the sale of material covered under this Quotation are
subject to the jurisdiction of Gautam Budh Nagar court.
