EFFETTUARE LE PROVE ESCLUSIVAMENTE SEGUENDO LA TABELLA SOTTO RIPORTATA:

MOVE CABIN OUT OF THE FLOOR WITH CLOSED SAFETIES AND CLOSED DOORS. SWITCH OFF THE MAIN POWER SUPPLY.
DISCONNECT THE BATTERIES (+ AND -). REMOVE CONNECTION CLAMPS OF THE ELECTRONIC BOARD (MAIN BOARD, SERIAL BOARD, PHOTOCELL, DOORS OPERATOR, ETC...).

DISCONNECT YELLOW/GREEN FROM THE EARTH CONNECTOR [PE] AND THE BRIDGE BETWEEN 50-OM TERMINALS.
MAKE TESTS ACCORDING TO THE INSTRUCTIONS IN FOLLOWING TABLE.

- TIME OFF: THE MOTOR BRAKE IS OFF (CLOSED). IT IS A FIXED TIME (NOT PROGRAMMABLE) : 3 SEC.
- TIME ON: THE MOTOR BRAKE IS ON (OPENED). IT IS PROGRAMMABLE TO ADDRESS 31 = 90 + n SEC FROM 1 TO 5.
EXAMPLE:PARAMETER P31=95 (5 SEC ON).
DEFAULT SETTED : PARAMETER P31=93 (3 SEC ON).

1. TURN ON “SA02" KEY (EMERGENCY MODE SWITCH) IN POSITION "1” .
2. TURN OFF THE MAIN SWITCH (QS01).
3. KEEP PRESSED THE "SB15" (BRAKE EMERGENCY RELEASE PUSHBUTTON) .

4. CAR WILL START TO MOVE SLOWLY ON THE FAVORABLE DIRECTION (DEPENDING ON THE CAR LOAD).
5. THE MAIN BOARD WILL OPEN AND CLOSE DISCONTINOUSLY THE MOTOR BRAKE.
6. CHECK THE DIRECTION OF THE MOVEMENT BY THE HL-21 AND HL22 LEDS (HL21:UP ; HL22:DOWN).
E 7. CHECK THE "CAR AT LANDING" LED HL-10. WHEN THE LED IS ON , RELEASE THE SB15 PUSHBUTTON. E
8. WHEN THE CAR REACHES THE NEAREST FLOOR, THE “CAR AT LANDING LED” HL10 WILL BE ON
AND THE DOORS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY OPEN.
9. IF THE DOORS ARE NOT OPENED, TURN "SA02" KEY ON POSITION "0" AND UNLOCK WITH THE TRIANGULAR KEY THE LANDING DOORS.

10. WHEN THIS OPERATION IS FINISHED, CHECK IF ALL FLOOR DOORS ARE CLOSED AND LOCKED.
