1.

The persons who influenced Jose Rizal to pursue education abroad were his older brother Paciano
Rizal, who had been studying in Europe, and his mother Doña Teodora Alonzo, who had encouraged her
children to pursue education.

2. There were several factors that made Rizal complete his education in Spain. First, he wanted to
broaden his knowledge and improve his skills in various fields, such as medicine, literature, and the arts.
Second, he saw the need for Filipinos to be educated and empowered in order to achieve national
liberation and social justice. Finally, he was inspired by the ideals of the Enlightenment, which
emphasized reason, progress, and human rights.

3. Education can be of great help for the development of our country, just as it was for Rizal. By pursuing
education, we can gain knowledge and skills that can be used to contribute to the development of our
communities and society as a whole. Education also helps us to understand and appreciate our cultural
heritage, and to develop critical thinking, creativity, and innovation. In this way, we can help to build a
more just, peaceful, and prosperous country, just as Rizal envisioned.
