Identify and use personal pronouns in sentences (EN4G-IIa-4.2.1)
B. Objectives:
1. Identify and use personal pronouns in sentences.
2. Use the pronoun that agrees in gender and in number
with the antecedent.
Examples:
· The mayor was glad to meet the players of the different youth
organizations.
· He gave them rackets for table tennis.
The pronoun he refers to the mayor. The mayor is the antecedent of
the pronoun he.
Practice Task 1
