WAIVER OF RIGHTS

We, RENER ANTHONY L. ROXAS and REN MANUEL L. ROXAS, of legal age, Filipinos, with
residence address at Brgy. 04, Casiguran, Aurora, the undersigned, by these presents, do
hereby waive our rights, interests, and participation over the release of the shareholding/s that
may be converted into cash in PHILIPPINE ARMY FINANCE CENTER PRODUCERS INTEGRATED
COOPERATIVE (PAFCPIC), as part of the estate our deceased father RENATO CABASAG ROXAS
who died on May 6, 2023.

This waiver of rights and participation over the PAFCPIC share/s of our deceased father
is being executed in favor of our mother BERNARDITA L. ROXAS, likewise of legal age, Filipino,
widow, and with common residence address at Brgy. 04, Casiguran, Aurora.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 23 rd day of May 2023 in
