People keep the difference (different) views about whether authorities have (an) obligation on
conserving the environment or the individual. While (the) behaviours of the people enable
(us) to preserve our (remove our change to [the]) earth, I insist that (the) government play
(plays) an important role on (in) protect (protecting) the environment.
On the one hand (nevertheless), it is obvious that (the) government had sufficient fund (funds)
to make an echo-friendly (eco-friendly) surroundings for the citizens. By using the tax that
they received from the residents every year , authorities solved the river pollution and built
the advanced garbage factories. Furthermore, governments were given the power to make a
lots of rules for chemical liquids that were discharged by the mineral industry . And (you can
just go straight in just writing ALSO) also required the food industry to use the (remove the)
degradable materials only. There have many methods for government to protect our
environment not only set the alert line for them but also create the serious punishment for the
companies who infringe the principles.
On the other hand, individual behaviours have (an) impact of (change of to on) the
environment like the butterfly effect. For instance, when you left (leave) the house (put
comma ,) turn off the light promptly which can reduce the workload of the electricity factory.
In addition , citizens also can reject the plastic boxes and bags to push the company invented
the recycle (to invent recycled) and degradable merchandises (merchandise). By changing the
items in our daily life ,we enable (us) to diminish the contaminants that (are,were) produced
by the (remove the) human activities.
In conclusion, I can understand why some people suppose (assume or presume) that citizens
should take the responsibility (take responsibility) on (change on [to]) conserve our living
condition (conditions) ,however it seems to me that governments have obligations more than
individuals.
