Positive: have/ has + V-ed / 3rd Irreg Vb

Negative: haven't / hasn't + Ved/3rd Irreg Vb

Interrogative: Have/ Has + Su + Ved/ 3rd Irreg Vb

Uses:
1. an action that started in the past and hasn't finished yet
