ORDER:

In the reference 1st read above, the District Cooperative Ofcer, NTR
District, Vijayawada has informed that the Collector, Krishna, Machilipatnam has
issued order for advance possession for 58 MPFC godowns in phase I and further
stated that the lease agreement are completed in respect of 27 sites, 4 sites are
own sites of PACSs and the remaining 14 sites could not be entered as the sites
originally allotted are not found feasible and requested for allotment of alternate
sites for construction of godowns and requested for issue of revised proceedings
for the lands identifed.

In this connection, the Tahsildars have identifed alternative lands and has
submitted proposals for the below listed lands for handing over to the
Cooperation Department for the said purpose.

The Tahsildar, A.Konduru is directed to obtain statement and
documentation from the land owner for donation of the above land to the Co-
operative Department for construction of MPFC Godowns on free of cost.

The Tahsildar, Ibrahimpatnam and G.Konduru are directed to obtain G.P.

resolution for allotment land to Co-operative Department for construction of
MPFC Godowns on free of cost.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Category I of Annexure XII and

as per the guidelines in the G.O.Ms.No.571 Revenue (Assignment-1) Department,
dt.14.9.2012 and G.O.Ms.No.12 Agriculture and Cooperation (Mktg II) Dept
Dt.24.3.2021, the Tahsildars are directed to proceed further for handing over the
advance possession of the lands identifed to the Divisional Cooperative Ofcers
concerned in the Cooperation Department, pending alienation and incorporate
the changes in the revenue records immediately.
