ABSTRACT

Last November 19, 2021, Dr. Janet Ledesma, our undergraduate seminar professor, ordered us
to do a virtual webinar series. We have the authority to select who will be our members. We
planned the event by finding a guest speaker, and the designated committee will complete
their tasks by creating a poster, invitation, program, and evaluation, as well as attendance and
presentation.
The goal of this virtual series is to broaden participants' knowledge about Food Services. We
have participants from Foodtech, teachers, as well as parents, and brgy officials. It will provide
them with useful information in the food industry that they can use in the future or if they want
to start a business.
We organized everything ahead of time since we want our webinar to be triumph. We don't
want to disappoint our adviser Dr. Janet Ledesma, as well as our program chairman, Engr.
Louella P. Dadivas especially our dean Dr. Joselito C. Sitjar or any of our participants. As soon as
we ended our webinar, our efforts were rewarded. We don't get enough sleep, and we struggle
since we have so many corrections and must modify them over and over.
"Excellent Work! This group surpassed my expectations!" ’- Dr. Janet Ledesma. We also get
compliments from participants. The entire group is delighted. Out of 100 %, 70 % are students,

METHODOLOGY

BEFORE THE SEMINAR

We organized everything ahead of time since we want our webinar to be triumph. We don't
want to disappoint our adviser Dr. Janet Ledesma, as well as our program chairman, Engr.
Louella P. Dadivas especially our dean Dr. Joselito C. Sitjar or any of our participants.

We started by creating a group chat, and the team leader assigned the committes their various
responsibilities as well as the list of things to do in the webinar series.
Ms. Judy Ann was the one who looked out for our speaker, and Ms. Marnelle T. Anacita
answered yes without hesitation. Afterwards, the letter committee, comprised of Judy Ann
Batilaran, Erica Keth Dinzon, and Mary Joy Atamosa, started to make an invitation letter to our
participants, which included students, parents, barangay officials. The host and overall
committee send out a message to Miss Allania and Miss Guia to double-check the script and
presentation and begin the dry run.
DURING THE SEMINAR
We were all ready by 2:00 p.m., and the letter committee had sent the invitation and program
to the participants. The attendance and evaluation committee sent us the Google Meet link,
which we forwarded to our professors and, most importantly, to our speaker. The webinar
begins at 2:30 p.m.

The host formally begins with an opening prayer and the national anthem, which have been
presented on a multi-media presentation, followed by Undergraduate Professor Dr. Janet
Ledesma's introductory remarks. Ms. Marnelle T. Anacita, the guest speaker, is introduced
formally by the host. The virtual webinar will then begin.

The participants were given the opportunity to ask a question to our speaker. After the open
forum, Ms. Erica Keth Dinzon, one of the letter committee, awards the certificate to our
speaker and participants, and then the host formally end the webinar series with his closing
remarks
AFTER THE SEMINAR

We ended the webinar, but the team reconvened with other third-year students for feed
backing with Dr. Janet Ledesma. In addition, we remind our attendees to sign their attendance
and evaluation form.
