John

John is an outstanding and very engaged student who loves to participate in class and
has excellent speaking skills. He is very curious and interested in his lessons. He can
use common present simple forms when answering familiar personal questions about
family, weather, seasons and meals topics. He can describe daily routine actions he
does every day at school and at home using a variety of words and phrases. He can
compose common present simple forms [positive, negative, question] to give
information on food and activities he likes or dislikes. He also can use adjectives
describe people and things. He can follow all the directions during classroom activities
and transitions.

He can name the letters and sound all the phonemes from units 1-7. He can
immediately give words that starts with any letter given.

John demonstrates a great understanding of new language by always providing an

insight to everything. He has proven to have a thorough grasp of the grapeseed
materials we have covered in class. Keep that wonderful attitude in learning John.
John là một học sinh có học lực tốt, con tích cực, hăng hái tham gia thảo luận trong các
giờ học và có kỹ năng nói, diễn đạt trôi chảy, mạch lạc. Con luôn tò mò và thích thú với
những bài học: bài hát, bài thơ, câu truyện. Con biết sử dụng các mẫu câu ở thì hiện tại
đơn để trả lời các câu hỏi thuộc những chủ đề như: family, weather, seasons and
meals. Con có thể diễn đạt, miêu tả những hoạt động thường ngày mà con làm ở
trường hoặc ở nhà bằng nhiều từ và cụm từ khác nhau. Con biết áp dụng các mẫu câu
ở thì hiện tại đơn [ khẳng định, phủ định, câu hỏi] để cung cấp thông tin về đồ ăn và
hoạt động mà con thích hoặc không thích. Ngoài ra, con biết sử dụng tính từ để mô tả
người và vật.
John có thể gọi tên các chữ cái và phát âm tất cả các âm vị từ Unit 1-7. Con có thể
ngay lập tức đưa ra các từ bắt đầu bằng bất kỳ chữ cái nào được cô đưa ra.
John thể hiện sự hiểu biết về tiếng Anh bằng việc luôn chia sẻ những quan điểm, ý kiến
của mình trong giao tiếp và các tiết học. John nắm vững các bài học Grapeseed đã

2. Mark

Mark is a student who makes a great effort to engage in class. From the different topics
we have tackled, he is able to use the words sunny, windy, snowy, cold warm etc. in a
sentence by saying “The weather is rainy, it is cold or Today is sunny, it is warm” He
can use words to list out rooms in the house [This is a (bedroom, kitchen etc..)and
furniture in a room.. He also can use a range of adjectives he know like dark, light,
bright, warm, cool etc. to tell what he see (ex: It is night time, it is dark) and sentences
related to meals/food by saying “I eat [rice and soup] for lunch. He can express basic
likes and dislikes related to food and activities (I like to eat… I like to play..)
He can recognize, identify, and name and sound all letters from unit 1-7. He can read
all the poems and stories with mastery and fluency.

He volunteers often in class to answer questions or demonstrate his abilities. He has

demonstrated an intrinsic grasp of the grapeseed material we have been studying.

Mark là một học sinh rất nỗ lực để tham gia vào lớp học. Từ các chủ đề khác nhau mà
chúng tôi đã giải quyết, anh ấy có thể sử dụng các từ nắng, gió, tuyết, lạnh ấm, v.v.

3. Sarah
Sarah is among the top students in her class, and she is always improving greatly.
Sarah is a happy and friendly child and is still proactive and interested in English. She is
always enthusiastic about participating in class activities and answering questions
asked by the teacher. She always appears to have strong vocabulary as she quickly
absorbs the words she recently learned and her answers to questions are always
accurate. She has learned the auxiliary verbs will/won’t and can use them in questions
and statements like “Will you play with me?” or “No I won’t, I will study”. She can also
use prepositions like: in, on , under, beside to tell where something is [ The (book) is
(under/) the (chair)]. She can name a variety of birthday vocabularies to tell what she
wants to have on her birthday. She can tell her meal preference by saying what she
like to eat in different time of a day: morning, noon and night.
She listens attentively and always understands what I'm explaining to the class. Sarah
has a fantastic understanding of the materials we have studied until now. If she
continues to persevere and keeps up her great attitude, Sarah well do so much better in
her future English studies.

4. Andy
Andy is a wonderful child to have in class. He makes a great effort to participate during
lessons and he has a level-appropriate understanding of the material. He is responsible
and loves to be part of the discussion. He has developed a good English vocabulary
skill and remembers the words taught in class. He can recall weather vocabs and use
them in a sentence ex: Today is sunny, it is warm; he can also use clothes vocabs in
various sentences like “It is best to wear a [coat] when it’s cold” . He remembers the
usage of some prepositions [in/on/under/beside] to tell where things are with little
prompting from the teacher ex: "The (book) is (in) the (box). He list out time of the day
[morning, noon, night] and can tell what he eats in those times. Ex: I eat [breakfast] in
the [morning]”. He listens well to teacher and can understand what she says by
following instructions closely during activities or classroom tasks.
His comprehension of the lesson material is wonderful. He has mastered the
foundations of grapeseed lesson in class due to his attention to detail and diligence in
completing his classwork. He is a good learner, so these skills should keep on
improving rapidly.

5. Peter
Peter quickly learns everything that is presented to him. He is very proactive and loves
to participate in all activities. He knows most of the words in class and he likes to try
and speak English always . He can use common present simple forms when answering
familiar personal questions and other topics learned in class. He can describe daily
routine actions he do every day at school and at home using varied words and phrases.
He can use common present simple forms [positive, negative, question] to give
information on activities, food, objects he likes or dislikes. He also can use adjectives
[cold, warm, cool, hot]to describe the weather . In listening comprehension exercises
and activities, he always does well.
Peter has exhibited a key understanding of the grapeseed topics we have covered in
class. he can read all of the alphabet sounds and can even identify words with the
correct initial sounds. he can put together words to make a good sentence. he
demonstrates a great comprehension of the materials we are learning. Peter is
continuing his best efforts and is consistently performing at a very good level.
