    It is argue that whether it duty of the resisdent or goverments to keep streets clean.

    From my view, goverment should take most of

    responsibilities. However, government may be inadequate for the tidy streets. Additionally, redisents should contribute to cleaning as well as

    government.

    Many people pay tax to the government to provide services such as water, road, sewage, etc. Therefore, they want to see response for their

    payments. Governments should cleaning streets daily and control the environment in order to give good services. Also they have a sufficient

    budget in comperasion residents for supply cleaning tools. They can easily afford these equipments. Moreover, government has a lot

    experience about how to manage municipal affairs. Therefore, they will more success to keep streets clean.

    On the another hand, government assistance is not enough to keep the streets clean. Redisents also should pay attention to issues such as

    littering. These people help the govenments variety ways. For instance, they should warn people who throw the trash about this attitude is not

    appropriate or they can create a volunteer group to help street cleaners.

    To sum up , residents and the government must take responsibility for keeping the streets clean.
