1. Based on the video, what caused her to be upset? In your opinion, was it ok for
her to cry?
In the video, what caused her to be upset is that she was abused in her work. And that
she had no choice but to only cry. In my own opinion it is okay to cry most especially
when you faced a problem and for be that is the best way for her situation rather than
coming up with a violent act.

2. Based from the discussion, what are the character traits she has shown in this
situation? Give two characters traits and explain.
The 2 traits that she shown in the situation was a positive attitude and collected. She
showed a positive attitude by simply not resorting to a violent act and showed collected
personality by staying calm and forcing her smile for her next interaction with the next
customer.

3. If you are in her situation, what could have been your reaction? Will you have
reacted the same way? Why?
Yes, I would have a same reaction because for me crying is the best way to remove
all the stress that you have gone through and it will give you a relief after you cry. And
after crying I will also stay calm and collected because the next customers deserve a
welcoming smile.

4. What can you say about this short video clip? As a future work immersion
student to be deployed in a company, how important for you to have these
character traits?
I could say that this short video clip is very important because all people have
different way in communicating to other people. That is why having a positive and
collected attitude will help us on solving tough and harsh situations that we will face in
our work and also in our daily activities.
