After watching and researching the four videos provided, this video is very closely related to the
field of Communication and Business. What I got from the first video titled How To Speak So
That People Want To Listen was I got it by avoiding doing 7 things when talking to someone
gossiping, judging someone, having a negative view, complaining (not achieving anything),
loudly lying, lying and being Dogmatic (mixing facts and opinions) However, there are 4
positive and effective ways to improve our conversational style which are summarized as HAIL.
HAIL includes be true and clear with what you mean, Authenticity which is be yourself, stand in
your own truth, Integrity which is do what you say, be trustworthy and Love which is wish
people well. This video also supports some of the tools that should be present in your speech
pattern to improve your speech like Register,Timbre, and Prosody. What I got from the second
video titled Do’s and Don’ts in making presentation more effective is about 7 things that should
be done and forbidden in the presentation which is appropriate use of fons, manner of emphasis
of fons, appropriate fons size. Proper use of objects, animations and shapes and not burdening
the audience. Screen filling is important only, not using visually complex backgrounds. instead a
background that doesn’t compete with the message As simple as possible, better and don’t go
crazy with effects and lots of animation. Place animation if necessary for the slide. Next video is
about. Body language affects the way others see us, but it can also change the way we see
ourselves. This video learning informs that nonverbal behaviors (body language) are important
for human communication and interaction. Remember that body language controls our
perceptions of others as well as ourselves. Recognize that our minds change our bodies and our
bodies change our minds. Realize that body language can affect your own life outcomes and

every aspect of our lives — how we learn, how we communicate, how we make decisions. Yet
