Answer: Problems and Challenges Faced by the Teachers: 1. Lack of Parents Support: Parents should play a important role in the learning process of children. But now a days parent do not show any involvement in the learning process of children. If parents step away from their responsibility then it will be difficult for teachers to handle the children. 2. Changing Educational Trends: Changing educational trends are the worst challenge faced by the teachers. Every school adopt new trends and technologies every year. But they did not train the teachers about the new challenges and trends. Teachers figure out these trends by themselves. This cause frustration and low job satisfaction. 3. Teachers play too many Roles: Teachers working as counselor, social worker and psych educator throughout the day for the students. As they are not trained about these roles but they have to do it because they care about the students. 4. No time for bodily functions. Teachers are busy all the day long. They don’t have any break from their work. They have to jump from task to another task all the day long. They don’t have water break or sometime they don’t have any lunch break. 5.
