Essay 1
Discuss the relationship between job motivation and employee performance, examining
how various motivational factors influence individual and organizational outcomes.
Motivation, as the phrase implies, is a fuel that propels employees to improve their work
performance. Motivation is the desire of workers to do well at work; without motivation, there is
no quality performance at work; therefore, in the workplace, promotion is essential, as are
incentives and raises in pay; we cannot deny that workers look up to this, and serve promotion as
their motivation. This motivational aspect can lead to increased production, which benefits both
the individual employee and the organization. Productivity in the workplace and in the lives of
each individual worker.

Essay 2
Discuss the importance of ethical behavoir in the workplace.
Ethical behavior in the workplace has a major impact on both employers and employees. In the
workplace, ethics is essential since it serves as a guide to think critically, particularly while
making decisions. Respect and trust are in high demand in the workplace, because how can you
trust your future in a workplace where you feel uncertain at all? The same goes for employers;
how can you grow your company if you don't trust the people who work for you?

Essay 3
Explain the types of job satisfaction components.
The three job satisfaction components are - the evaluative component, the cognitive component,
and the affective component.
The first is the evaluative component, which has the root word evaluate or evaluation. In the
workplace, evaluations occur when employees are asked how happy they are with their jobs.
This is similar to how an individual or responder would fill out a form with a 5-point positive-
negative scale in research. This allows the organization to learn which aspects of the business
need to be improved.
The second component is cognitive, where different items are measured in this example to assess
the cognitive component of work satisfaction which refers to our views, thoughts, and beliefs.
This component refers to our cognition to our thoughts on how we should react and act in serious
matters or how we balance things in performing a decision making.
The third and last component is the emotive component, which discusses our emotions in
accepting constructive criticism and validating it as positive or negative. In the workplace, we
hear a lot of disapproval, failure, and disappointment, but what emotional components imply is
that it is up to us how we cope with it, how we take those things. Positive affect is elicited by
information, feedback, and experiences that affirm or reinforce the individual's self-worth and
self-concept, whereas negative affect is elicited by situations that invalidate the individual's self-
worth and self-concept. We are sometimes the ones who make our lives difficult, therefore
always choose what will make you happy and worthwhile.
