DESCRIPTION:

1. Introduction
The engine wiring harness coating may wear causing, short circuit or break off due to rubbing caused
by vibration while a machine is in operation.

When the harness becomes loose at a clamp because its diameter is

small, wind a tape around the harness to enlarge the diameter of the
harness and fix it in the clamp.
(The diameter may be small due to any variation in manufacture.)

2. Improvements of engine harness

The plate thickness of

the bracket is increased.

The bracket rigidity is increased.

and the turn back is added.) The rubber cushion is added to
Fig. 3 the harness clamp. (5 places)
Modification procedure
Install the improved parts according to Fig. 4.
